Cancellation/Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Arrival: We strive to provide exceptional service to all of our clients, which is why we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Any arrival later than 10 minutes will be considered a no-show and result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Microblading

At our beauty studio, we strive to provide exceptional service to all of our clients, which is why we have established the following scheduling policies for microblading appointments:

Cancellation/Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Please note that we only allow one time rescheduling. If you need to reschedule a second time, you will lose your first deposit and will need to reschedule a new appointment with a new deposit.

Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, but we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Any arrival later than 10 minutes will be considered a no-show and result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Microblading Touch-Ups

At our beauty studio, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your microblading results. To help us achieve this goal, we have established the following touch-up policy:

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your touch-up appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. The touch-up appointment is transferable ONE time with a 48-hour notice. If you fail to provide adequate notice, a $125 rebooking fee will be charged.

No-Show/Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, but we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Any arrival later than 15 minutes will be considered a no-show and result in a $125 rebooking fee.
