Payment: A non-refundable deposit of the total service fee is required to secure your microblading appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. We only allow one-time rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice. If you need to reschedule a second time, you will lose your first deposit and will need to reschedule a new appointment with a new deposit.
Touch-Up Appointment: A touch-up appointment is included in the initial microblading service fee and must be scheduled within six weeks of the initial appointment. Failure to attend the touch-up appointment will result in forfeiture of the service fee.
Risks and Complications: While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, there are risks associated with microblading. Please read and understand the risks and complications associated with microblading before booking your appointment.
Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years or older to book a microblading appointment.
Pre-Appointment Instructions: Please follow the pre-appointment instructions provided to you by our studio to ensure optimal results and avoid complications.
Post-Appointment Instructions: Follow the post-appointment instructions provided to you by our studio to ensure optimal results and avoid complications.
Results and Expectations: Microblading is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure and results may vary based on individual factors. We cannot guarantee specific results or longevity of the microblading.
HEALTH CLEARANCE FOR PERMANENT MAKE UP
We take the health and safety of our clients seriously. Before booking a permanent make up appointment with us, please take note that we cannot perform the service on you if you are/have:
Under the age of 18
Pregnant and/or nursing
Diabetic (If controlled, please consult a physician before proceeding)Allergic to pigmentation tattoo inks and make up
Taking blood thinning medication (must be stopped one week prior upon physician consent)Skin diseases (e.g. eczema, psoriasis) and/or undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the area to be treated
Transmittable blood conditions (e.g. Hepatitis or HIV)
Cancer and/or undergoing chemotherapy or radiation
On Accutane, antibiotics, or iron supplements (must be off Accutane for at least 1 year)
An open wound on the treated area
A history of keloid scarringVitiligoHemophilia
History of epilepsyActive skin cancer on the area to be treated
A Pacemaker, uncontrolled high blood pressure, has mitral valve disorder, or any major heart problems
Sick with the cold, flu, etc. (Please reschedule)
Currently using retinol/AHA products ›› MUST BE CEASED 2 WEEKS BEFORE AND 4 WEEKS AFTER
By booking an appointment with us, you confirm that you have read and understood the above contraindications and confirm that you do not fall under any of the conditions mentioned. If you have any doubts or questions regarding your eligibility for the service, please consult your physician before proceeding.
